Stable Diffusion / FLUX 提示词大师课 — 免费 AI 画图完全指南

FLUX 和 Stable Diffusion 的 prompt 风格差异很大，用错了效果会很差。

Stable Diffusion（SD 1.5 / SDXL）的写法：
- 用逗号分隔的关键词标签
- 支持权重语法 `(keyword:1.5)`
- 负面 prompt（Negative Prompt）很重要

FLUX（推荐，2025-2026 主流）的写法：
- 用自然语言描述（像写作文）
- 不支持权重语法
- 不需要负面 prompt
- T5XXL 是 LLM，越像人话越好

核心区别记忆法：
- SD = 关键词标签（像填表）
- FLUX = 自然描述（像写作文）

FLUX 用的是 T5XXL 语言模型编码器，所以要像写文章一样写 prompt。

FLUX Prompt 结构：

FLUX 进阶技巧：

1）描述越具体越好
- 差：a cat → 好：a fluffy orange tabby cat sitting on a windowsill
- 差：a city → 好：a rainy Tokyo street at night with neon reflections

2）光线描述很关键
- soft natural light（自然柔光）
- dramatic side lighting（戏剧性侧光）
- warm golden hour glow（黄金时段暖光）
- cool blue moonlight（冷色月光）

3）质量词放最后
- photorealistic, 8K, sharp focus, professional photography
- digital art, highly detailed, trending on artstation
