Stable Diffusion / FLUX 提示词指南

FLUX 和 Stable Diffusion 的 prompt 风格差异很大。

Stable Diffusion（SD 1.5 / SDXL）：
- 用逗号分隔的关键词标签
- 支持权重语法 `(keyword:1.5)`
- 负面 prompt 很重要

1girl, long hair, blue eyes, school uniform,
cherry blossom, spring, (masterpiece:1.2),
(best quality:1.4), detailed face
Negative: lowres, bad anatomy, bad hands,
blurry, watermark

FLUX（推荐）：
- 用自然语言描述（像写作文）
- 不支持权重语法
- 不需要负面 prompt
- T5XXL 是 LLM，所以越像人话越好

FLUX 用的是 T5XXL 语言模型编码器，所以要像写文章一样写 prompt。

结构：

[主体描述]。[场景/环境]。[光线/氛围]。[风格/质量]。

好的 FLUX Prompt：

A cozy home office with a large monitor showing
code on screen. Warm desk lamp casting soft golden
light. A cup of coffee steaming on the desk.
Plants on the windowsill. Photorealistic, 8K detail,
shallow depth of field.

坏的 FLUX Prompt（SD 风格，不适合 FLUX）：

home office, monitor, code, desk lamp, coffee,
plants, (photorealistic:1.4), 8k, bokeh

入门工作流：

文本输入 → CLIP 编码 → KSampler → VAE 解码 → 保存图片

进阶工作流：

文本输入 → CLIP 编码 → ControlNet（姿势/边缘）
→ KSampler → VAE 解码 → 放大（ESRGAN）→ 保存
