yangmao.ai (Chinese for "wool" — the idea of gathering small free benefits into something useful) is an independently-run, bilingual AI resource hub built for developers, AI enthusiasts, and indie makers who want to find and actually use genuinely free AI services.
Every day we automatically scrape and hand-curate free tier details, free API credits, model lineups, and policy changes across 40+ global AI providers. We also publish original comparisons, hands-on tutorials, and monetization ideas so you can cut through the noise and find the real deals.

Our principles
Practical first. We don't dump provider lists. Every entry has to be actionable. If a free tier covers what you need, we won't push the paid plan. If you can run it locally, we won't push cloud.
Transparent and neutral. Every deal score comes from a public, open-source scoring script (visible on GitHub). We don't rearrange rankings for paid placements. No hidden ads. Every recommendation was either tested by our team or widely endorsed by the open-source community.
Data-driven. Daily cron updates, scoring, deduplication. Deal heat is computed from tier size, expiry urgency, provider reputation, and other signals — never hand-pinned.
The team
yangmao.ai is built and operated by an independent developer, running on Astro + Cloudflare Pages + D1 + Workers. The codebase is fully open source — contribute issues, PRs, or deal submissions on GitHub.
